Rolls-Royce has been getting a lot of action in scale these days. You can thank a new energy at Goodwood for that; the licensing department that handles requests to craft these uber-elegant machines in scale has awakened to a potential revenue stream.
Thanks to makers like Kyosho, that stream is resulting in some truly beautiful models. As an adjunct to its 1:18 Ghost of a few months ago (DCX, Spring 2012), these 1:43 images of the car in its “Extended Wheelbase” trim will surely find their ways up the drives and onto the shelves of mid-scale fans.
We’re awaiting samples for an in-hand look (and a shot at some video, too), but in the meantime, check out these factory-generated snaps of the models and the beautiful display boxes they’ll be arriving in. Haunting, aren’t they?
