“Cup o’ Joe” is Die Cast X Magazine‘s live streaming show, appearing every other Sunday at 11AM Eastern, 8AM Pacific – and with over 114,000 viewer minutes, it looks like the show is really starting to get traction among collectors! That doesn’t mean we’re sitting back and taking it easy… far from it. Frank Quarant (the late Car Room Magazine’s “Why I Love Cars”) has joined the show to add his own particular spice and expertise to the program – and since Frank and Joe have been “besties” for over 35 years, the chemistry in the studio is what you’d expect from a couple of old friends talking about the cars they love and the models they collect. The show features an interactive chat, as well as regular giveaways and prizes, including window clings and model cars.
As the clock ticks forward to a vastly improved stream quality (thanks to a new broadcast computer and a revamped stream server – on deck for Spring, 2013), Air Age designer-in-chief Betty Nero and her crew of merry artists have come up with a new logo for the show – and we’re happy to see all of these pieces starting to come together to make the Internet’s only live collectibles show grow more and more popular and entertaining.
