A familiar friend is rejoining to the die cast world after a few years away, and that is fantastic news for fans of fine scale American Muscle and Hot Rods. Ladies and gentlemen, GMP is BACK! And the GMP guys are not tiptoeing back in – it is pedal to the diecast metal! Leading the way is one of our all-time favorite GMP castings—the 1970 Plymouth B-Body Road Runner/GTX. GMP has just teased us with a peek, but what we know so far: It’ll be a Corporate “Petty” Blue Road Runner rolling on body-colored steelies with dog-dish hubcaps. No word on engine or transmission so far—but wouldn’t a Hemi 4-speed like King Richard raced be a find way to herald GMP’s return?

GMP has also produced Road Runners in B-5 “Blue Fire” like this 1-of-1 4-speed Hemi Convertible.
